Our Story

A firm built around a simple idea

FS Rahman Investments Inc. was founded in 2010 with a focus on real estate: acquiring, developing, and repositioning residential and commercial properties, with a particular focus on land purchases. Headquartered in Irving, we've invested across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Little Elm, Irving, Dallas, Frisco, and Allen, working with developers, business owners, and borrowers who need a capital partner that understands the details of their business, not just the numbers on a term sheet.

For 12 years, real estate has stayed at the center of what we do, including businesses and startups tied to real estate. Along the way we've added select private equity and private lending opportunities, which let us serve partners across different stages and capital needs while holding to the same underwriting standard we started with back in 2010. Looking ahead, we're expanding into AI-based property technology, investing in the tools and platforms shaping how real estate is bought, managed, and developed.
